The first off-road HPI UK Challenge & Bash Party of 2015 will be on the 9th of August at the Notts-Derby Off-Road club near Nottingham in England!

Come on down (or up!) for a fantastic & fun HPI Challenge & Bash Day!

Totally FREE for all participants – bring your children, family and friends
Bring your own HPI on-road car to drive on a real RC racing track!
HPI will bring a selection of HPI kits that you can experience for yourself
HPI Staff will be on hand to answer your questions about everything HPI
HPI kit demonstrations throughout the day
Check out the latest HPI kits up close!
The track is completely YOURS for the entire day
Want to learn NITRO? We’ll show you the basics, including what you’ll need to start, how to fuel & start a nitro vehicle, basic maintenance and more
Want to learn about FLUX POWER? We’ll show you how to get started with battery safety, charging and maintenance
Did we mention all of this is completely FREE?!

The day will start with a quick driver & safety briefing, just like a real track day, then we’ll open up the track for driving and racing, fun races with HPI prizes and demonstrations of HPI vehicles.

Provisional Schedule for the day:

9 AM – short driving/safety briefing, handouts will be given to any showing up later in the day
ALL DAY – fun driving on the track, plus these fun and informative scheduled races & sessions:
10 AM – HPI Fun Race: Last Car Standing! Race around the track without turn marshals! The last driver racing gets a great HPI prize!
11 AM – HPI Flux Power demonstration and Q&A at the HPI tent
1 PM – HPI Team Fun Race: The famous Blindfold Race! A blindfolded driver has the controls, and has to take directions from their teammate! The first team to complete a race WINS!
2 PM – HPI Nitro demonstration and Q&A at the HPI tent
3 PM – HPI Team Fun Race: The famous Split Controller Race! One team member is steering, the other controls the throttle! The first team to complete a race WINS!
4 PM – HPI Race: A real race just like the pro’s do it, for a great HPI prize! (if we have enough racers, we will split up this race)

Please note: Only on-road vehicles are allow at the Cotswold Model Car Club. For safety reasons, all RC driving will be limited to the enclosed track area only
