Klarenbeek and Meijer joined Serpent support team in Benelux

Serpent Support Program Benelux is proud to present two new drivers for the 2016 season.

During the 2015 season we kept an eye on what was going on in the Benelux 1:8 scale offroad scene. This results in to signing two new young drivers, Brian Klarenbeek (NL) and Colin Meijer (NL).

Brian is the Dutch Truggy Master champion 2015 and Colin a promise for the future with also better and better race results each race.

We did not look only at the results but also at the presentation as driver for the brands they ran during the previous years. Both drivers come with 2 nice additions, both dad’s are excellent mechanics and this completes the works race team as we like it to see.

With the forthcoming new Serpent 1/8 offroad car (release date end March 2016) this is what both drivers have to say.

Brian Klarenbeek:

"I like to thank Serpent Support Program to take notice of my achievements the past years and becoming part of their team this 2016 season. I have confidence in the new car (we already had a sneak preview) and will do my best to get the right setup for the Benelux astro turf tracks as soon as possible to support other Serpent drivers."

Colin Meijer:

"I feel honoured to be selected by the Serpent Support Program to join the team for the 2016 season with the new car. We also had a sneak preview and I can say it not only looks solid and simple but also has some great new features never seen before. Together with my dad we are going to give the new car the best we can do on and off track to represent the Serpent brand. We also will race at the Neo race and in Germany to gain more experience on higher level races."
