Reedy Race entry lottery winners announced - Karlsen to make Invitational class history

Yesterday afternoon, Team Associated announced the list of winners of the Reedy International Off-Road Race of Champions Open class entry lottery. With more than 330 drivers signing up for 100 spots, as drivers will compete in both the 2WD and 4WD categories, a random lottery system is used to fill spots not already designated for last year's A-Main finalists. These drivers now have until November 23 to secure their registration by paying the entry fee, after which slots will be filled by the alternate list:

Meanwhile 11-year-old Norwegian off-road star and European Junior Champion Malin Karlsen will be making Reedy Race history in January when she lines up for the first heat of 4WD on Friday, January 20, 2017 - as the first female driver in the Invitiational competition in the 30-year history of the event.
