Starting March 1st you can call the hobby shop and sign up via credit card over the phone as well.

2017 Silver State Schedule & Information

Dates: March 16th – 19th 

• Wednesday March 15th - We will allow vendors and racers to set up pit spots starting at 11:00am gates close at 10:00PM

Thursday March 16th

• 6:00am - Gates open
• 8:00am - Controlled practice will start at 8:00am and will conclude at 8:00pm. This will be an “open” controlled practice of 15 drivers at a time and will be rotated every 7mins. Drivers will be required to marshal after each run. ***Each racer in the sportsman OR open classes will receive 3 practice tickets per class they signed up for. Each racer in the Pro classes will receive 2 tickets per class they signed up for. The tickets MUST be used between 8:00am-8:00pm. Any tickets not used in the 12 hours of practice Thursday will be forfeited. *** 

Friday March 17th 

• 6:00am - Gates open 
• 7:00am - One hour of practice on the morning of qualifying. ***Drivers that did not run one lap Thursday will be the only drivers permitted to run Friday morning practice*** 
• 8:15am - Mandatory drivers meeting 
• 8:30am – Round one of qualifying.

Qualifiers will be 7 minutes long. We will resort all qualifying heats after the first round is completed.

Saturday March 18th 

• 6:30am - Gates open 
• 8:30am – Round three of qualifying.

After the conclusion of the third round of qualifying we will set up the mains. Top 12 advance direct to the A Main and three will bump up from lower mains. Main event order will be determined using the fastest 2 out of three qualifiers. Once mains have been set we will run the lower mains on Saturday afternoon/evening.

Sunday March 19th 

• 6:00am - Gates open 
• 8:30am - Main events will start 
• TBD - All A Mains will have warm ups.

Nitro Buggy Main Lengths:

Sportsman:

• A Main 30mins, B Main 20mins, C Main 15mins D Main and below 8mins 

Open:

• A Main 30mins, B Main 20mins, C Main 15mins D Main and below 10mins

Pro:

• A Main 45mins , B Main 30mins, C main 20mis D Main and below 15 mins

Nitro Truggy Main Lengths:

Sportsman:

• A Main 30mins, B Main 20mins, C Main 15mins D Main and below 10mins

Open:

• A Main 30mins, B Main 20mins, C Main 15mins D Main and below 10mins

Pro:

• A Main 45mins, B Main 30mins, C main 20mins, D Main and below 15 mins

Electric Buggy Main Lengths:

• All electric mains will be 10 mins

Trophy Presentation:

• We will start the trophy presentation 20-30mins after the final A Main has concluded.

Note - Trailer Parking: 

We have a VERY limited amount of trailer parking around the track. This year we are not charging for parking and this is a first come first serve basis. I would recommend getting your trailer in on Wednesday to ensure a spot near the track. Once we are full all other vehicles, trailers and RVs will park in the parking lot locate south of the batting cages. *NOTE: IF YOU ARE PARKING NEAR THE TRACK YOU ARE PARKING NEXT TO A BATTING CAGE AND ASSUME THE RISK OF ANY DAMAGE FROM BALLS COMING OVER THE NETTING*
