2nd annual Lunsford State Cup Challenge

Many may remember races of days past; Upcoming on March 16, 17,18th is the 2nd annual Lunsford State Cup Challenge. Drivers from each state that is participating are awarded points for their respective states, based on how they do in qualifying and the mains. All mains are 30 mins long, this means even the guys in the lower mains get the chance to feel like a pro level driver with a longer main! Kelly Lunsford has been a name recognized by many in the industry, and in years past has hosted races such as the Lunsford Gas Blast. The State Cup Challenge is the resurrection of Kelly’s dream to give back to the industry and the racers that support the Lunsford name, as well as the hobby. What is the end prize you ask? The state that comes out on top in points get their state and the top drivers from that state engraved on the cup forever immortalized in the Lunsford shop!
