Carpet oval racers get ready as the 2012 BRL Novak All-Star Challenge and series finals is coming up fast!
The Brushless Racing League’s John’s BSR Tires Brushless Oval Tour rolls into the racing capital of the world; Indianapolis, for the final race of our 2011 – 2012 season, the 2012 BRL Novak Nationals at R/Car Indy Motor Speedway on March 30, 31 and April 1. The weekend also features the sixth running of the Novak All-Star Challenge where the Best of the Best (previous A Main winners and TQ holders in all classes) will compete for one of the largest cash purses in carpet oval racing.
This final race of the season offers 1.5 times points per finishing position. With points battles in many classes too close to call at this point, success at the Novak National Finals will almost certainly determine who will be 2011-2012 BRL class champions and take home the winner's share of the BRL season points money.
The Big Rug at Indy has plenty of racing room and always produces some exciting racing and this year’s Novak National Finals should be no exception. Look for some of the biggest names in our sport to battle for every finishing position to crown BRL season champions in every class. Racers who call the BRL their “home series” win the biggest races of the year every year. If you are a carpet oval racer and want to compete with the best, this is the race you don’t want to miss.
