Trincorp, LLC is looking for a self-motivated, team player to open and manage a new battery “division / start-up” for OEM Industrial battery sales and marketing efforts for the U.S. Market. Sales Manager’s major focus will be to develop new business through new accounts or within current accounts for radio control cars, boats and airplane market and in addition the “Air-Soft” gun market and industrial sales of batteries of all chemistry’s. The Sales Manager must possess industry knowledge as well as technical expertise in of all current battery chemistries in order to qualify for this opportunity.
Successful candidates will possess:
- Bachelor Degree in Business, Marketing or Engineering
- 3 years of Sales Management experience in the US market required;
- Minimum 3-5years of sales experience in OEM/Battery Industrial Market
- Comprehensive understanding of OEM/Industrial Batteries specifications and applications
- A proven record of achievement
- Strong communication, negotiating and interpersonal skills
- Strong presentation skills
- A knowledge of the radio control industry with respect to battery applications
- A knowledge of the Air-Soft gun market
- Traveling will be required within the US and Asia
- Working knowledge of QuickBooks and Solid Works a plus
- Must be located in Central Florida. This is an “on-site” work environment
- Offers will not include relocation costs if not in this area.
