There has been some internet rumors of budget cutbacks at Team Losi Racing for 2014 that is said to possibly slim down the team for the upcoming season. Many companies (in and out of the R/C industry) have been forced to make budget cutbacks for the new year, so news of a possible cutback doesn't surprise us. While it is rumored that several TLR drivers may not be returning to the team for 2014, one driver that IS returning for several years to come is none other than JR Mitch.
JR says, "I’m super happy to continue my partnership with TLR through 2016. The last two years have been great. Working closely with the whole team and being part of that team has embraced me to sign a new three-year contract. I would like to thank everyone at Horizon Hobby and TLR for this great opportunity. Looking forward to the next three years."
We look forward to seeing who IS and who ISN'T on all of the manufacturer teams for 2014, as the coming weeks are expected to be full of team roster announcements, changes, and more.
