World and Asian Champion Surikarn joins Team Serpent.
 
Surikarn will run 1/10 GP and 1/8 GP buggy for Serpent, mainly in Thailand, and at some of the main Asian races.
 
He will work together intensively with the Thailand distributors and dealers to increase support and promotion for Serpent.
 
Below is a brief interview with Surikarn!
 
Hello Surikarn,
Its great to have you on the Serpent team. Below a few questions for you:
 
Q: Which cars will you run for Serpent?
A: I will run 1/8 Buggy Cobra and 1/10 Touring GP Natrix
 
Q: How did the assembly and 1st test go?
A: For Natrix everything work perfect and for Cobra as well, just need to get used to other way for throttle/brake system, but overall they are great.
 
Q: When did you start RC racing and with which car?
A: I started when I was 8 years old, in 1988.
 
Q: where is your local onroad and offroad track located 
A: As I own RC Track which call HUGE RC Circuit in Bangkok THAILAND, so it must be my local on-road. For the off-road I normally been practice at New RC track in Bangkok.
 
Q: What has been your biggest national and international result so far?
A: I won one time IFMAR ISTC World Championship 2002. For the Off-Road, I won couple times on FEMCA race.
 
Q; What is your age and occupation? 
A: I am 35 years old now. My occupation is import RC stuff and take care my own RC track.
 
Q: What is your favorite full scale racing category and driver? 
A: Ayrton Senna
 
Q: What is favorite food? 
A: I am Thai, So my favorite is Tom Yum Kung.
 
Q: Which races do you plan for 2015? 
A: I plan to attend the race mainly in Thailand and around Asia country.
 
Q: When and where will be your next bigger race with Serpent?
A: I wish to attend FEMCA 1/10 GP in Hong Kong on April, and also Bitty Design race in Pattaya.
