Jim Dieter Trinity's Top Engineer for the D4 does a simple and easy explanation for timing on spec motors for blinky and non-blinky speedos! Also cautions customers over the temperature your motor is being used in. A temp gauge is a necessity these days! Your motor should never really be above 180 degrees.
