Though details have yet to be added to the site, Team Losi Racing and Horizon Hobby have published this photo and pricing information for a new lay-down transmission conversion kit to fit the 22 3.0 buggy - as well as the 22T 2.0 and 22SCT 2.0 stadium and short course trucks. The kit includes a new aluminum chassis, molded transmission case halves, lay down motor plate, aluminum idler gear, aluminum rear hubs, carbon fiber battery brace, brass weight plate, new body shell and miscellaneous hardware. The conversion allows 22-platform owners to install the complete lay-down style transmission that team drivers have been using on a variety of surfaces from carpet and astroturf to specially-prepared clay.
