Serpent has just released their new center differential for the Spyder SDX4 buggy. The new center diff is made up of the same components as the front and rear diffs, with the exception of the spur gear. The 86T spur gear included is made up of a durable and true composite material, and uses 10T and 18T internal gears, composite cross-shaft, and spring steel out drives.
Serpent says, "The center gear differential will make the 4wd buggy even easier to drive, less aggressive on power, compared to the center-slipper. 5000 cts oil is a good average starting point."
