HPI Racing releases the 2014 Baja 5B SS 1:5 scale kit

 

HPI Racing has announced the next evolution in the popular 1:5 scale Baja lineup, as they release the new 2014 Baja 5B SS kit. The new kit includes a list of new features including new aluminum tuned pipe, heavy duty front hubs, one-piece rear hub carriers, heavy duty driveshafts, and more!

 

 

The 1:5 scale Baja 5B desert racing buggy has been a huge success since its debut, and the self-build Baja 5B SS helped explode large-scale racing into the mainstream, because it allows serious R/C fans the chance to build and optimize a large-scale buggy from the ground up. Loaded with options that enhance the Baja's speed and power, the 'SS' version allows serious R/C hobbyists the chance to add in more aftermarket goodies to make a truly one-of-a-kind Baja 5B.
 

 
Now you can get your hands on the new, updated for 2014 Baja 5B SS! This is a FULL OPTION Baja 5B kit that you assemble yourself, and now we've improved its durability even further with Super Heavy Duty options previously unavailable on Baja buggy models!

The Baja SS is an epic member of HPI's range of upgraded ‘Super Sport’ models that feature kit versions of HPI's popular RTR models, with additional option parts added to enhance the enjoyment of your kit. A long list of option parts is included with the SS version of the Baja 5B. As you build the kit, you add in the options that come in the box, extra HPI options, and your own radio gear and electronics - although we include the powerful SFL-10MG large scale metal-gear servo to get you started!
