For the third year in a row, the Asian On-Road Championship visited China with a stop at RCI V2 in Shanghai - the home-track of Chinese-American ace and former IFMAR Worlds finalist JJ Wang. Wang was joined by superstars such as world champions Naoto Matsukura and Jilles Groskamp, European Champion Ronald Völker, and Euro Touring Series titlist Jan Rathiesky. Over 125 entries joined the action across seven classes - including Vintage Trans Am, new to the AOC program - and the A-Main qualifiers competed in triple finals, with double lower main events.
