Team Power's Kyle Layton backs up his National 17.5 Buggy win by defending his title at Surf City. Kyle surfs home with a 1st place trophy in 17.5 Buggy and 3rd place behind Cavalieri and Rivkin in Modified SCT. Kyle used Team Powers Radon V2 140A ESC, Actinuim 17.5 motor, 7.5 Modified motor, 20k high output fan and the Shorty Primus digital servo.
