Jared Tebo set the fastest time of round five on Thursday morning with his Pro-Line Racing-equipped Kyosho MP9 TKI4, and in doing so clinched Top Qualifying honors at the 2016 IFMAR World Championships. That means he's guaranteed to start the Odd Semifinal from the front of the grid before trying to race his way into the final - and compete for his first 1:8 Nitro Off-Road World Championship. Tebo was also the Top Qualifier at the 2010 World Championships in Thailand, where he finished third behind teammate Cody King and Atsushi Hara.
