Race report from XRAY:

This past weekend I attend the Fall Brawl at A main's Silver Dollar Raceway. I raced open E-buggy, open nitro truggy, and pro nitro buggy on Proline m3 hole-shots. Practice went very well for all 3 of my cars. They all jumped, landed, and had plenty of rear grip. In qualifying, round 1 of pro nitro buggy, I had a clean run with only 2 mistakes to get the TQ for the round in pro nitro buggy. In round 1 of E-buggy, I crashed on the last lap and this took me from a TQ run to finishing 2nd. In round 1 of Open Nitro Truggy, I had a clean run to get the TQ. In round 2 of qualifying, pro nitro buggy, I crashed. I held the throttle wide open and my engine died, though I still was able to finish 9th for the round. In round 2 of qualifying for e buggy, it did not improve. I had the wrong tires on my car and this made my car lazy, but I was still able to get 3rd for the round and start 3rd for the a-main. The 2nd round of open nitro truggy I made a change to the truck to get more steering. I was able to push the truck harder and TQ open nitro truggy. This let me start in 1st for the A-main. In the E-buggy A-main, it was Mason Eppley, Kyle Turner, and I all battling for the lead. We were all in the lead at least once and then Mason pulled away from Kyle and I. We were still battling, then I made a mistake and this let Kyle get away. In the last lap, Kyle caught up with lap traffic and I got by Kyle and finished 2nd in open e buggy. For pro nitro buggy a main, the race director said I was going to start 2nd ever though I had TQed. At the start of the race, I followed Mason for 11 laps before passing him. He then got back by me after I pitted; he pitted shortly after. I passed him back and never looked back and took the win in Pro nitro buggy. In open nitro Truggy A-main, I started out good but I was feeling pressured by Phillip Atondo. I then made a mistake and he got past me before making a mistake of his own. I was in the lead after that. Then, on the 22nd lap, my Truggy broke ending my race right there; I still finished in 7th. I would like to thank: Kevin Palmer, Tracy Lahey, Dennis Palmer, and Gayle Palmer for supporting me all the time. I'd also like to thank: XRAY, RcAmerica, Hobbywing, Proline, A main.com, Protekrc, Sanwa, Vp Racing Fuels, HUDY, Ogio, CowRc, Stickit1Racing.com, Hooked, and 110% Racing.
