Round 1 of CTS3 held at Rise Up Hobbytown in Palm Desert in the books. The inaugural race for the facility was perfect and designed well. For Modified Touring, it was Team XRAY Driver JJ Wang who showed a dominant performance clinching TQ honors and AMain followed by Awesomatix Driver Brandon Clements and Defending Champion Rick Hohwart.

In 17.5 TC Spec it was Brandon Clements who left a statement leaving the competition almost two laps down. His Awesomatix TC had excellent rip and corner speed. JD Ramsey 2nd and Ryan Cooper in 3rd.

In USGT Clayton Young from Maryland US came to his first CTS race and gave Cali local a run fo his money in the main. Juan Aveytia led the entire race while Clayton closed the gap then to drive around Juan's mistake. Clayton Young XRAY drive secured TQ Honors and win in the main.

In F1 Brandon Clements had the whole field covered. Effortless to drive his R1 powered Roche F1 , made it look to easy.
