The 2018 1/10th Scale Electric Off-Road Taiwan AE Cup came to a successful conclusion on Sunday, July 22 as it was the first ever AE approved race in Taiwan, held for the first time.  Co-hosted by TTMT (Thunder Tiger Media Technology) and AE, all participating vehicles had to adhere to official IFMAR rules and regulations and were not limited to brands.  All participants walked away with a 2018 Team Associated Taiwan limited edition T-shirt and were eligible for various prizes from the draw, including RC10B6.1, SC28, RC28, AE Caps and cooler mugs.  The owner of the venue at Sanxia claimed that this was record attendance and the enthusiasm and excitement from all participants was clearly evident.  Starting early in the day with preliminary races and moving on to the finals later in the afternoon, the participants were already tired from the long day but the adrenalin and thrill of the races pushed them forward to the finish line.  Congratulations to the winners: Howard Cho for the 2WD Stock A Group and Tang Qi-Feng for the 2WD MOD A Group, as AE cars dominated the podiums, with both winners driving AE cars.
