Reno Savoya sweeps the French 1:10 Nats Rd.4 with the XB2 and XB4

This past weekend MCCD Dammartin hosted Round 4 of the French 1:10 Offroad Nationals. The race drew a crowd over over 100 entries, just outside of Paris.

XRAY team driver, Reno Savoya, was on hand running the new XB4 4wd buggy and the prototype XB2 2wd buggy. Despite the heavy competition, Savoya would go on to dominate both classes with solid victories.

Still, little is known about the elusive XB2 buggy, however, Savoya commented the only real changes that he made to the 2wd was a lighter diff fluid...therefore leading us to believe the XB2 may be equipped with a gear diff, as opposed to the traditional 2wd ball differential.

Needless to say, while the buggy and it's details are being kept secret, there is no hiding the fact that it is already winning races.
