DE Racing Race Report:
D.E. Racing cleaned up at the 2nd annual Kamloops Summer Classic held at Thompson Valley Radio Control Raceway in Kamloops B.C. The weather could not be any better for a good weekend of racing. There were 80+ entries with full heats of mod truck, 2wd buggy, and SCT. This three day race would have qualifying on Saturday and Triple A-Mains on Sunday. As a sponsor of the race there were many truck and buggies running D.E. Racing products.
D.E. Racing Team driver Justin Gilkison would take T.Q. in mod truck, mod SCT, and 13.5 SCT/SCB classes and second overall in 4wd SCT Saturday.
On Sunday Justin would end up winning mod truck, mod SCT, and 13.5 SCB/SCT classes. Justin was running Yellow Trinidad Truck rims in mod truck, Yellow Trinidad +3mm offset rims in mod 2wd SCT, Yellow Trinidad +3mm offset rims in 13.5 SCB/SCT class. In 4wd SCT, Justin used Yellow Trinidad rims for a 2nd overall after three races.
