Viper R/C celebrates today after a very successful first appearance at the IFMAR 1:10 Offroad World Championships last week. Team drivers, Lee Martin and Travis Amezcua, used the Viper R/C equipment to pilot themselves to A-Main finishes in 2wd and 4wd.
Viper R/C Race Report:
Viper R/C Solutions attended its first IFMAR World Championship event and the finishes were beyond our expectations.
Lee Martin would Finished the 2wd overall in the 2wd Category and 10th in 4wd. On this way to the 2nd place finish Lee would share the lead in the two A Finals. While dominating the 3rd Final, scoring the fastest race time and largest margin of victory. Travis Amezcua would finish 7th overall in 4wd. Running as high as 4th place in multiple A Finals, Travis was close to leaders on multiple occasions.
Both drivers were using Viper’s VTX10R Black Edition. The units ran without issues over the course of the event with no failures and stellar performance able to match the requirements of the best drivers in the world. Using stock software and settings available to every racer.
