Ever since his departure from Hot Bodies, paparazzi has been tailing Atsushi Hara waiting for him to slip up on where he might go next. Just when the media begins to think they have an idea, he shows up to win a race with yet again a different brand vehicle. This time, Hara takes the Schumacher Mi5 to victory at the Hara Jet Cup ACO Opening Race.
Race Report by Schumacher Racing:
The past weekend was the Hara Jet Cup ACO Opening Race hosted by Jet Hobby & ACO Racing Circuit in Hong Kong and the Schumacher Mi5 won both Modified & Jet Cup classes.
Atsushi Hara, multi-class IFMAR World Champion was the main attraction during the weekend. Not only because he is a World Champion, but also the first time he has raced with the Schumacher Mi5. Subject of great speculation over recent months Hara is currently the most talked about Pro R/C driver.
Hara TQ'ed and won both the Touring car classes with Stick King taking a great second also with the Mi5. In the F1 class Stick also took the TQ and win from Hiro Nakatani and Michael Lau 3rd with a 6 wheel F1 car!
