Race Report by JConcepts:
Last weekend, 80 drivers took part in the first round (of 5) at the 2014 Madrid Championships.
This event was a perfect “warm up race” for the European Champs “B” and Spain Nationals which will be held at the same track in a few months. Many of the top drivers decided to take part, including 8 of the top 20 spanish drivers.
Practice rounds were reduced because of the rain, and the track surface was changing from muddy to slippery.
After qualifications, JConcepts driver Alberto Garcia, TQ’d using JConcepts Double Dees, with a strong 5th place for JConcepts driver Pablo Landaburu using JConcepts Subcultures.
Just before the start of the main final, it started to rain again. JConcepts tires proved to be the tire to beat in any track condition, taking the victory with Alberto Garcia using JConcepts Stackers.
