At the final round of the non-profit Western Canadian Indoor Championship Series (WCICS), which hosted over 1500 registrations across 8 events in its 24th season, Ken Miller took The UPS Store (Country Hills) sponsored 1:12 Scale Stock Season Championship. This is the largest foam tire class in the series, so lots of great competition, and Ken takes home the well-deserved first placed! Second in the championship was British Columbia’s Colin Roussel, followed by fellow B.C. racer Luke Pittman in his first full year of racing!
WCICS organizers said, "In WCICS best season yet the series again grew almost 35% over last year! A big thanks to the 1:12 Sponsor The UPS Store (Country Hills), and to all the clubs, volunteers, and to all the class sponsors: Team Great Hobbies, Awesomatix, Team Novak, ATD Hobbies, Orion Safety, The UPS Store (Country Hills) & Best Western Hotels."
