Race report from HRC Distribution:
Patrick Hofer / Team Associated dominated Swiss Nationals round 5 @ Dielsdorf
The fifth round of 2014 1/10 Off Road Swiss National Championship was held at Dielsdorf (EOCD Club) during the 9-10 August. Patrick Hofer won both 2WD and 4WD categories with his Reedy powered Team Associated B5M and B44.2 off road buggies.
The weather conditions was changing, with rain, the loam surface of the track remains always slippery. The club made huge efforts to keep conditions as the best as possible. The organisation was magical, despite the weather conditions.
Patrick Hofer ran his B5M and B44.2 powered by Reedy motors and batteries. The qualification runs was very interesting and difficult for the drivers due to weather changes and track conditions changing from wet to dry. Patrick Hofer managed these conditions to the best in both 2WD and 4WD categories, and obtained the two pole positions.
During the finals, Patrick focused his attention and concentration on the track conditions and his driving to obtain the win in every run on each category.
