There’s no question which event earns the title of the largest nitro off-road race of the year - with nearly 600 entries for just the 1/8-scale portion of the 2016 Dirt Nitro Challenge, the Fear Farm R/C Raceway course will be swarmed with vehicles from early in the morning until late in the night for five days straight. While we’ve got a static camera feed running for today’s practice, we’ll be offering an All Access Pass to watch our full coverage of the 2016 DNC with veteran racer and event announcer Gary Guest joining me in the broadcast booth this week.
While The Dirt Racing crew has not provided a timetable on which the heats will be organized, we do know what classes will run each day, and how many rounds they’ll complete. Here’s when you’ll need to tune in:
Thursday - February 18, starting at 8 AM Mountain Standard Time
Three rounds of qualifying for the following classes:
Friday - February 19, starting at 8 AM Mountain Standard Time
Three rounds of qualifying for the following classes:
Saturday - February 20, starting at 8 AM Mountain Standard Time
Main events for the following classes:
Sunday - February 21, starting at 8 AM Mountain Standard Time
