OUTRC Race Report:
Last weekend was the second stage of the "2013 Outsiders Radio Control Cup" held in Rio de Jeneiro, Brazil. The event was made up of shortcourse, electric buggy and "open" classes. Beautiful weather and sunshine made for a gorgeous day of racing at the Barra Offroad R/C facility!
