The annual US GP took place for the second time this past weekend. It was once again held at the superb venue in CT of RC Madness. Chris Marcy and his team of people had done a superb job at preparing the track and facilities ready for this event. They even managed to organise the lovely sunshine this year too.

Schumacher spec tires were of course the nominated tire for this event, and it worked really well.

Friday was a day of practice and many drivers turned up for this. We knew it was now going to be a great event with a brilliant entry. In the end there were almost 200 entries across all classes. It was brilliant to see such a strong Schumacher US team in attendance too, showing great support for our event and to help many Schumacher customers.Michal Orlowski and his father Maciej had made the trip across from Poland, they were of course on hand for any technical questions and set up advice that anyone needed. Qualifying took place on Saturday and there was one more qualifying round followed by all Mains on Sunday.

There was some very close qualifying times, which would mean some superb finals.

Team Schumacher clean up in many classes!

Once all of the racing had finished it was then on to the trophy presentation, a huge well done to all of the trophy winners.

There was also a raffle draw with superb prizes donated by both Schumacher and RC Madness. Also some Schumacher signed merchandise by Orlowski. Congratulations to all of the lucky winners, enjoy your prizes.

A huge thank you to all of the racers who competed in the event, lots of happy people with a superb atmosphere all around. Great to see such a large amount of Schumacher cars at the event also.
