Following on from the huge success of last years GRP UK Grand Prix held at the amazing Brookthorpe track in the UK, Evolution Models has decided to once again team up with the club and various sponsors to bring this event to 2023.
The aim of the event is cheap, fun, social and good old racing... no need for the bags of tyres, we have one tread, one compound... and best of all it worked last year in 34deg temps!!
Most people where able to use a max of 2 sets for the whole meeting!
We had free prizes from R/C companies to Formula 1 teams, these where given out for all sorts of things (concourse, quickest tyre change, happiest person, most drunk person – from the evening, best marshal, best pit girl etc...)
It really was an awesome event..
