AE shows off prototype 3G laydown transmission!

Team Associated has been flaunting the current IFMAR World Champion B5 on their media sites as of late and finally the cat is out of the bag. Today, AE showed pictures of their prototype design in the cool, clear plastic and branding the laydown transmission the 3-gear 'Stealth transmission' from the 90's.

From the photos, it looks that AE has gone with a bigger idler gear and half tranny case design that bares a lot of resemblance from the transmission that was used ot win the World title at Yatabe in 2015. Is AE hinting at a WC release in the near future?
