The 2014 1:12 Scale European Championships were recently held at RC Landia in Scandiano, Italy. Over 100 drivers were in attendance, split among two classes from a large number of different countries. XRAY team driver, Alexander Hagberg, would set the early pace in qualifying taking the overall TQ of the Modified class. Hagberg would go on to cruise his way to his way to victory in A1. In A2, he would battle with Markus Mobers, and after a collision Mobers would give him the lead back showing his true sportsmanship and allowing Hagberg to take the victory and 2014 European Modified 1:12 Championship title.
