When a member of the Texas RC community was in need of a little help, every one stepped up in a big way. An anonymous donor wanted to raffle off a Tekno ET410 and it raised well over $1,000. Prior to the raffle, the donor asked that the crowd be reminded that the track is for many people, a getaway.

To be cognizant of their behavior and to always set a good example for others to follow. Then, the kids who were at the track all weekend handing out fresh popcorn decided they should donate all of the funds they had collected in their "tips" jar. During the 24th Annual Lonestar Classic, everyone took a moment to remember how fortunate we all are to be enjoying this great hobby.

Pictured is the winner with his new Tekno and the Custom Painted body from MH Designs. We at Indy RC World are blessed to be surrounded by some amazing people and a great community that is willing to support others in their time of need.
