In just 3 weeks (October 26 & 27) , a unique event titled "The Dual" will take place at two of the premiere tracks on the west coast. Saturday racing will be held at the Pro-Line Racing test track, while Sunday racing will be held at Thunder Alley R/C Raceway.
This 1:8 scale racing event will feature a format similar to that of the Reedy Race of Champions (adapted to 1:8 racing) to determine the champions!
All skill levels are welcome along with a Pro Invite class to race for bragging rights and a Cash Payout for the weekend.
Limited Practice each morning on 2 ENTIRELY different SiK tracks will test the racers ability to figure out the track, tire combinations, and find the speed to be on the podium on Sunday.
3 races each day with 1 throw out for each track will determine the overall winners on Sunday. Overall best 4 of 6 races for both days determine overall class winners.
Invite drivers will be running 1:8 Nitro Buggy AND 1:8 Nitro Truck for the overall championship and will receive part of the 80% entry fund. Top 5 places in the invite class only will receive cash payouts.
All classes will receive TQ & Top 3 awards. Each paid entry will receive 1 raffle ticket, and each 1st entry will receive a event shirt.
