Since 1992, Hansell Composites and Fibre-Lyte have become one of the most successful carbon fiber manufacturers in the UK, specializing in components for bicycles, motorcycles, full-size race cars and even RC vehicles.
On Monday evening, Fibre-Lyte published two photos on the brand's Facebook page showing a custom, 1/32-scale replica of the RC10 buggy. With white plastic arms, carbon fiber chassis and shock towers, and gold shocks and transmission, RC enthusiasts of all ages swooned - as of this article's publishing, the original post had amassed 262 reactions, 76 comments and 226 shares.
The caption for the photos simply reads, "1/32 scale tribute to the RC10. This chassis has to be the smallest we've ever done. The shock towers are tiny!" with no other information - though perhaps the overwhelming social media response could persuade a small production run?
