Tekno RC is happy to announce the signing of Barry Pettit to the factory driver team! Barry is known for his dedication to RC Cars and also willingness to help others, please check his statement and a video made for his signing below:

“For me, RC racing began going to the local track with my dad strictly to have fun and hang out together. Neither of us ever thought it would grow into such a large part of our lives. We have traveled to so many great places and met so many great people, and for that we are majorly thankful! There are so many people to thank for my success, but first I want to thank my family and my girlfriend for always supporting my passion and me. I am also thankful for ALL of the people who have supported, sponsored, and mentored me in the past as you have shaped me into the driver and person I am today.

This year we are excited to announce that we will be starting a new adventure with Tekno RC! Those that know Dad and myself know that we love RC racing as much as anyone, but the same people know that we love helping others have a great time at the track just as much! Tekno has this same mentality and we are above excited to be a part of such a great company! The Team has been beyond welcoming and the cars are UNREAL! I have been testing with the cars, and it is hard to come up with words other than “Wow” or “Awesome”! The cars handle so well, and are unbelievably fast! It is hard to argue this as Ryan Lutz and Joe Bornhorst have been “cleaning house” lately…

With this being said I want to thank Tekno RC and all of its Team members for being so welcoming and excited about me coming onboard! I hope to make all of you proud, while also having a blast at the races!
