BREAKING: Production-ready Team Associated RC8T3 at Sin City Nitro Encounter

Around 12:47 PM, Team Associated's Richard Saxton posted a photo of an all-red 1/8-scale nitro truck sitting in pit lane at RC Tracks of Las Vegas, commenting on factory racer Spencer Rivkin's second-place time in the first round of qualifying for the Sin City Nitro Encounter.

Saxton said Rivkin was driving a "production RC8T3."

"Spencers first qualifier with the production RC8T3 & he ends of P2"

The truck was first spotted back in October and has proven quite capable on the racetrack, but this is the first time that anyone from Team Associated has acknowledged that it's almost ready for the public.

Maybe we'll get more info next week - especially if it wins this weekend?
