This past weekend Nor-cal Hobbies hosted the 4th annual Norcal Champs. Racers from all over Northern California and the surrounding areas would flock to this race with the promise of great racing. Those that attended would not be disappointed! Nor-cal’s newest addition to the facility is there indoor track in which the Champs would be held on. If you haven’t made it to Nor-cal do yourself a favor. Nor-cal hosted the 2011 ROAR Nationals, Reedy Race of Champions and a list of many more top tier races. The facility is top notch.

Panther Tires own Brian Strange would take the overall Tq in the heavily contested 4wd Mod buggy class. Brian utilized Panther Rattler 2.0 rears with 4wd Bobcats both in clay compound on his B44. Brian would take the wins in A1 and A2 to lock up the title and take the belt!

Brian would continue his winning streak taking A1 and A2 in Mod Stadium truck running Panther Switch 2.0′s and some yet to be released Panther “proto” Rattler ST tires also in clay compound. Brian would again take home the belt! Vid of the Mod Stadium Truck A: Video

Panther Tires would also help local fast guy and B-Miller team drivers Sawyer Brewer to take a 2nd spot in 4wd Pro 4 Short Course using Panther clay SC Switches. B-Miller teammate Terry Wickum would use Panther Switch 2.0 and Bobcat combination to take 2nd in 17.5 2wd Buggy, the largest class of the weekend.
