A new Regional Director has been appointed for ROAR Region 8 in 2019. Britani Garrison will be taking the reigns as Regional Director with hopes to rejuvenate the ROAR Region 8 events, participation, and overall growth of the hobby throughout Iowa, Kansas, Missouri, Nebraska.

Britani is no stranger to the R/C community as she is an avid racer who has participated in both ROAR Regional and National events, she works closely with her husband Mike promoting, hosting, and directing events of their own, and has attended and been a "behind the scenes" part of events around the country ranging from R/C car racing, motocross racing, drag racing, and more.

"Over the past few years the region has lacked in events, participation, and interaction with its racers. It is not an overnight process, but my goal is to change that by working closely and listening to the feedback, ideas, and opinions of tracks and racers to create enjoyable events that put the significance back into Region 8, the events, the racers and the champions," states Britani.
