Horizon Hobby is now hiring for the new Product Support Department in Ontario, California (Home of Losi and Team Losi Racing). We are primarily looking for people with experience with RC Cars and Boats. Product Support Reps answer inquiries from consumers regarding our R/C products and help to solve technical problems. We're currently looking for people who have the ability and motivation to provide outrageously excellent service, who can work independently to solve problems, previous call center customer service experience, strong technical skills and experience & knowledge of RC cars and boats are all a plus.
