Frankie Contreras Jr. has announced via social media that he will no longer be racing for TLR in 2023.
"My family and I would like to say thanks to TLR/Horizon Hobbies for all the years you have been supporting my pops and I . We’ve had a lot of great memories but it’s time for me to move on to different avenues. This was solely MY decision!!! I’m leaving due to a mentorship opportunity. My program has been awesome up until this point. This decision was very hard for me but, especially for my DAD cause of the loyalty that he had for TLR. It’s not a good by it’s just a see you later.
Here are some people that I want to give thanks to. Thanks to Todd Hodge, Thomas Tran, Frank Root, Barry Baker, Eddie Larret and Ryan Dunford for the 20 plus years supporting my dad and the 8 years you supported me.
Good luck to everyone in 2023. See everyone at the track.
