Mugen Seiki has been working hard on a new and improved 4 puck clutch system for their nitro 1/8th scale cars, which Drake has been testing and running for some time now and is currently running them here at the DNC. According to The Drake, the shoes are made from 2 different kinds of material that help engagement and feel. Drake also noted that the clutch system sits very close to the end bell that allows for quicker engagement, less slip, and longer life. Take a look at the picture for a closer look as these are basically the production version that will soon be released. Also, check out the interview to hear it from the man himself.... The Drake!
