Eric Albano parts with Team Associated

Soft spoken, well mannered, ultra fast Eric Albano has decided to change direction and end his relationship with Team Associated after 5 years. If you know Eric personally, he's a great kid with a good heart and most importantly a great sport. He always wants fair racing and leaves everything on the track.

Here's what he has to say in his annoucement via Facebook:

"With time comes change. Starting next year I will not be running for Team Associated/ Reedy. It was a difficult decision to make, but after these 5 years I have decided to begin a new venture. I'll never forget how surreal it felt being given my first factory sponsorship, and the support Brent and the rest of the team have given me. They have helped me achieve many accomplishments that I can be proud of. I want to say thanks to them for what they have done for me, and wish them the best for next year and the future."

Sometimes you just have to hit the reset button and start over with a fresh outlook. Best of luck to Eric in his next endeavors as I'm sure his next team will surely enjoy having him as a team driver.
