For more than a week, The Dirt Racing founder Joey Christensen has been posting pictures of the progress he and his crew have made in preparing the Fear Farm RC Raceway for next week's The Dirt Nitro Challenge.
Part of that progress was renovating the drivers' stand to meet the regulations imposed by the city of Phoenix after the Fear Farm R/C Raceway was shut down last October over concerns about the drivers' stand ramp as well as some of the electrical wiring (you can read all about that by clicking here).
Christensen's photo didn't show the drivers' stand, nor did it describe the changes needed to remedy the issues, but it did include a hashtag suggesting another difficult rhythm section. His post said, "What a day! After meeting with the city inspector today, we have great news...we made all the changes necessary to the drivers stand and we have the go ahead to put it back in place and dress it up for the DNC!!!!
