We were able to find the results from the 1995 NORRCA Off-Road Nationals in an online automotive library, check out who won here!

In 1995 the races were held at the So Cal R/C Raceway in Garden Grove, California.

In 1995, a rule was introduced limiting drivers to three sets of tires for qualifying heats and main events.
