o 1/8 Open Nitro Buggy
o 1/8 Sportsman Electric Buggy
o 1/8 Open Electric Buggy
o Kid’s class: open to any 1/8 sized vehicle and smaller, open to kids under 15. Budget permitting, we will try to have small awards at each race for kids in this class. We ask that parents please use good judgement and move their children to the appropriate vehicle class when they are ready. A good rule of thumb would be that if your child achieves lap times that would put them in the top 75% of their respective car class, then that would be a good sign to move out of the kids class. Having kids that dominate a kids class all year long will be demotivating to newer children, and if need be a HARC team member, Race Director, or Track Manager may ask you to move your child up for the betterment of the class and their skill progression.
o Novice class: open to any 1/8 sized vehicle and smaller, open to age 16 and older who have not raced previously. Racers can enter the Novice class a maximum of (3) times. Novice class will not be part of the awards or points series. Having racers that dominate a novice class all year long will be demotivating to newer racers, and if need be a HARC team member, Race Director, or Track Manager may ask you to move up for the betterment of the class and their skill progression.
