12-18 months term with the opportunity of a permanent position

We require a highly motivated and positive individual to join our friendly team in offering an exceptional service to our customers/end users.

Some experience of dealing with customers
Good communication skills
Good listening skills
Attention to detail
Good writing skills
Able to remain calm under pressure
Problem solving, decision making
Team Player
Sense of humor, smile ?

Alongside NVQ level 2 training in Customer Services we will offer the following training to the successful candidate :

Customer service procedures
Telephone/communication skills
Computer processes

An interest in Radio Controlled products would be an advantage but not essential.
