1/5 scale vehicles and racing is becoming more and more popular worldwide. The tremendous growth in popularity is greatly impacted by HPI's release of the original Baja 5B. As the evolution of 1/5 scale continues, HPI has just announced their all-new RTR Super 5SC Flux (1/5 scale electric powered short course).
While currently the new truck is only available in Europe, we expect it to make its way across the pond soon enough.

The Super 5SC Flux takes the powerful Flux Tork 2200KV motor and Blur speedo from the amazing Savage Flux HP for truly impressive top speeds and plenty of wheel-spinning fun! The Super 5SC Flux is lighter than the Baja 5SC, so the power of the Flux Tork is a perfect match!
With specialized parts to fit the Baja 5SC body, bumpers and wheels, from the outside the Super 5SC Flux looks just like its petrol-breathing stablemate. It’s only when you switch it on and drive away that its secret is revealed!
FLUX BLUR SPEED CONTROLLER AND TORK 2200KV MOTOR
Straight from the Savage Flux HP truck comes the Flux Blur speed controller and Flux Tork 220KV motor! Together, these give the Super 5SC the capability to handle 4S or 6S power from a pair of matched lithium-polymer (LiPo) batteries. You say you want more power than you can use? Here’s your chance to strap it in and get going!
DESIGNED FOR 6S LIPO POWER
With the ability to handle twin 3S LiPo batteries (that's a total of 6S LiPo power!) it can deal with anything the Tork 2200 motor can dish out! 6mm bullet connectors secure the motor wires for loss-free connection to the 12-gauge wires, and to connect to each battery pack we've attached real Dean's connectors for zero power loss and total efficiency.
