IFMAR Worlds, Buenos Aires -- An overnight rainstorm has left enough water on the track surface to cause a considerable delay on the final day of practice. The storm also flipped over a pit tent used by several Team Associated drivers and mechanics. Officials have been overheard saying that the delay will at least last until 11:00:00 local time.
