As racers arrived at the track this morning, they all came the see what the rain and wind did to the track last night. After 4+ hours of waiting and mild track work being performed, practice is back on track. The local race officials decided to use saw dust to help suck the moisture out of the track in order to help it dry soon. Now it seems, many drivers have gone towards the larger lug pattern tires in order to get through the sawdust in order to find traction. It’s almost starting to look like a moto track out there with all the large grooved ruts forming in the corners. .
